| The quality of our staff is the foundation of Flite Solutions. We understand the level of training the elite units are accustomed to and have made it our mission to provide only the best instructors and training available. Every instructor has reached the highest level of achievement in their respective fields with the majority being multiple-time World and Nationals Champions. Our staff of 21 has earned 48 World Gold medals and over 150 national titles. Detailed information may be found in our Cadre profiles. |

| We offer a wide range of courses combining both VWT and in-flight training to achieve optimum results. Each course has specific goals and objectives to meet, but each course is also custom designed to meet the requirements of the group based on the group’s needs and skill level.
